Delete your Parkora account and data

Delete from inside the app

1. Open Parkora and sign in.
2. Tap your picture on the home screen, or open Profile.
3. Tap Delete account and data.
4. Tap Delete everything to confirm.

Deletion happens immediately. There is no waiting period.

What gets deleted

• Your sign-in account and phone number.
• Your profile: name, number plate and email.
• Your bookings, passes, parking sessions and wallet history.
• Spots you shared, including their photos, location, hours and rates.

What happens to other people's bookings

If other drivers have upcoming bookings on a spot you shared, those bookings are cancelled. Their past receipts stay in their own accounts, without your details, because they are part of their records.

If you can't use the app

Email us from the developer address shown on Parkora's Google Play listing, with the phone number on your account, and we will delete it within 30 days. Uninstalling the app alone does not delete your account, because your data is stored on Parkora's servers.
